This programme provides participants with the opportunity to develop their knowledge, understanding and skills in executive coaching and mentoring at a strategic or senior level in a business environment.
Particpants are required to plan and deliver a programme of coaching or mentoring with individuals at a senior or strategic level. Participants are required to provide coaching or mentoring; the certificate requires 20 hours, coaching or mentoring practice.
A key element of this programme is the ability to critically reflect on and develop your skills as a coach or mentor at a senior level and to prepare a coaching profile detailing your approach to coaching or mentoring at a senior or strategic level.
