This level 5 programme enables participants to demonstrate an understanding of knowledge and skills used management coaching and mentoring.
Participants develop their coaching and mentoring skills through the planning, delivery and reviewing their coaching practice. The certificate requires evidence of 20 hrs, teh diploma 54 hrs of coaching or mentoring within an organisational environment.
A key element of the qualification is the ability to critically reflect on and develop their own skills as a coach or mentor.
